Bell Type Luminous Annealing Furnace of Heat Treatment Furnace

RBG-type Strong convection bell type annealing furnace

Used for bright annealing of Copper,Copper alloy parts and Alum steel in in protecting atmosphere.

Structure Description:The bell annealing furnace consists heating cover, cool cover,strong fan,seal system,vacuum system and electrical control system,etc.

1.heat base: the heat base use to heat the inner chamber with burners(5 sets). The out wall is welded by steel and line is:Heavy refractory castable. There is a circle fan use to make the hot air circle in the inner bell.

2.Heat system: the furnace heat by burner,fuel:natural gas. There are 5 sets of burners controlled as 3 areas.

3. The inner stainless chamber. The stainless chamber work size is:Φ1400×2500mm,material as SS309,thickness 8mm,have wave strengthen.

4.hot air circle system:the hot air circle system include as circle fan and wind guide. The circle fan use furnace special fan.it have water cool system. The material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The wind guide is use to make the hot air circle on the furnace.

5.All mechanical seals to be vacuum mechanical seals, flow meter in liters, argon welding for SS.

6. All motors IP54 rating.

7. All electric controll system use Europeon electrical and mechanical.
